Welcome to Arlington Woods!!

We would like to be the first to welcome you to the Arlington Woods housing development. When purchasing or building your home you should have been informed about the development’s Homeowners Association. The association was formally established early in 2004. Operations are managed by the President, 4 elected trustees, treasurer, and secretary. The association is responsible for enforcing the covenants, maintaining all common ground areas throughout the development and representing the development’s best interest as miscellaneous issues arise. In order to do all of these things, the association collects yearly dues from all homeowners.

Dues are usually collected in March of every year, but will be assessed accordingly for those moving into the development between billing cycles.

Below is a pdf of the Arlington Woods Homeowner’s Association covenants. Please read the covenants carefully and be sure to inform the homeowner’s association if you are planning to make any major alterations to your home or yard. This includes fences, decks, home additions, etc.

Newsletters are sent to all homeowners three to four times a year to keep everyone apprised of the happenings in and around the development.

Be sure to explore this site for useful information pertaining to your the HOA you will be joining. Make sure to read over the covenants and by-laws.
